Your homework is to thank parents for coming to our class and to tell parents how wonderful it was to have them visit. (...and to give yourselves a pat on the back for doing a good job of showing them around)

Review atlas skills by taking an atlas home and trying the scavenger hunt questions again. Look at a different theme and graph and see if you can explain what it is telling you. If not, ask me tomorrow.
Try different latitude/longitude questions and review the basic mapping skills like scale, legend or key and directions.
Review science as you learn it. For example, you were to take notes on mineral resources, fossil fuels and properties of minerals. Do you truly understand what these are and are you ready to be a scientist and put these into practice?
Soapstone is Friday morning...remember to bring your soft flannel cloth for polishing. Many of you will be finished on Friday.
P.E. tomorrow. Be sure to have gym strip.
Be sure to wear your coats and boots in this colder, wet weather.
