Homework and reminders:
Review for your atlas (socials) test on Friday.
Math for grade 7's is to review for your test next week. You have one week to prepare yourself for the mark you want. This might mean asking me for help.
Complete 2.9 practice.
Grade 6's had their test today so no homework in math.
Science - complete notes on the properties of minerals so we can begin our study of them.
- review rock cycle and weathering
Writing - finish paragraph on 'I am a Rock'. This is a review of writing an effective paragraph so use your notes in your LA section of binder. It is also a review for rocks so include the details you know.
Remind parents about our drop-in tomorrow any time between 1:30 and 2:40.
